HealthSmart House Calls can provide:

Please Note: actions that will get you dismissed immediately from HealthSmart, at any time you are found to be: using illegal drugs, abusing prescription medications, altering prescriptions, chronically missing or late for appointments, or any impaired/threatening behavior etc.
HealthSmart Service Details
We are strictly a house call family practice, we come to you. We have limitations due to this fact. We don’t do any type of pain management/pills, gynecology, fracture care, or weight loss. We try to keep our visits simple. We see all ages for most general health and wellness issues. We don’t see people in parking lots, any industries where safety equipment is needed, or other public places.
Scheduling:
We ask you call a week prior to needing a scheduled appointment unless it’s something more urgent like an illness or injury then we will try our best to fit you in. If you need something ASAP call us by 8am. When we will be late, we will call you. If you will be late let us know BEFORE your appointment time, sometimes we can wait a few minutes, it depends. If you don't call us, we don't wait past your appointment time.
Payment / Fees:
As of 11/12/2018 Extra charge If it’s after 6pm, before 9am, outside our 20 mile radius, and all NEW patient initial visits will be $200, then $140/visit. If you have any type of procedure, (sutures, tests, injections etc) those will be additional. We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA account cards, and cash as payment at time of service. We do not bill later, we don’t deal with any insurance.
Returning messages:
We almost always return calls the same day, or at most, within 1 business day. If you don’t get a reply in what YOU consider an adequate time please call or text us again. Friday calls, if not returned that day will be returned Monday. Texting: Please include your name with your message.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation policy: We ask that you notify us at least a one hour prior to your appointment time. If you don’t cancel in that time or “no show” for your appointment you will be charged for that visit.
Medication policy
We don't call out any medications, for any reason. If you need refills it's time to make an appointment. If you are sick, you need to be evaluated. If you have any questions about our practice dismissal policy please feel free to ask.
HealthSmart House Calls has a Facebook page. Please add us as a friend. We only post general things on there and we try not to make any appointments or conduct business via Facebook to protect your privacy. We will post when we will be closed.
Meet Jenny Neidigh
Jenny Neidigh, has been a board certified FNP in the Lake Charles area since 2019. She has extensive Intensive Care / Emergency / Nursing Education, and was in private practice in the Lancaster/Lebanon community before moving to Louisiana and owning her own practice that was established in 2011 by Timothy Neidigh.
